RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be involved with strengthening and growing the team: coaching, hiring, monitoring, motivating and improving current systems
- Be immersed in all aspects of the process in order to understand the flow
- Analyze how SiP brand is positioned in the market and craft strategy for penetration
- Create lead generation on different interest groups and corporations to introduce Total Corporate Imaging (styling workshops, corporate uniforms, and gifts)
- Think of creative ideas on how to engage different institutions and professional groups
- Present the concept convincingly to clients
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Measure and report performance of OFFLINE marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to address needs and requirements to service clients better (marketing team, merchandising team, technical team and more)
Kualifikasi Minimum

You will be involved in this revolutionary platform in the field of Fashion Technology. You will be instrumental in building the Business to Business Corporate Division of SIP.
