The Finance and Administrative Associate is responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and procedures to support the smooth running of the operations and ensure compliance with the local tax regulation. The Finance and Administration Associate is responsible for the project accounting functions for her/his assigned partner client. This position also oversees certain administrative functions related to office supplies, fixed asset monitoring, vendor relationships, and operational finance. This position reports to the Business Operations Manager.
Depending on the assigned subrole under this position, responsibilities may include:
- Raising customer invoices, monitoring collections and applying payments against these invoices in the accounting system.
- Gathering necessary information and checking supporting documents for supplier invoices prior to entering the bills in the system.
- Securing necessary accreditation documents from suppliers and preparing vouchers and payment support as pre-requisite for the payment.
- Reviewing employee liquidations and reimbursements and coordinating with employees any clarification with the expense claims.
- Monitors and safe keeps tax and other compliance documents (electronic or physical copies
- Assists the Business Operations Director on day to day requirements for the clients
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good attention to details
- Highly computer literate
- Experience in office administration and finance is a plus
