Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Handle all documentation of the project team from all facets, ensure safekeeping, transmittal and circulation. Receive billings from suppliers and contractors and prepare endorsement cover letter and transmit to respective signatories. Receive and log all necessary documents for and from the different coordinators.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Educational Background/ Special Licenses
- preferably a graduate of Civil, Electrical or Mechanical engineering
Technical Competencies:
- 0-1 years experience in Construction Management with exposure in both commercial and residential buildings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Behavioral Competencies:
- Proactive, highly dependable, and with sense of urgency Able to perform work requiring accuracy and attention to details
- Team player and adaptable
- Able to effectively communicate and relate with others
