Leads all financial operations of Rockwell Bacolod
Provides accurate & timely financial information and reports to facilitate in the decision making process
Oversees operation of Credit & Collection Process by reviewing or shadowing on the following areas:
Oversees Treasury Processes & Operations by reviewing or shadowing on the following areas:
Oversees Accounts Payable Process & Operations by reviewing or shadowing on the following areas:
Oversees Tax processes & operations by reviewing or shadowing on the following areas:
Oversees General Ledger Operations & Processes by reviewing or shadowing on the following areas:
Responsible for budget and forecasting activities ensuring timely and accurate submission of annual budget report
Other Responsibilities as required by Management

Kualifikasi Minimum

BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accountancy
CPA license is required
Four to Five years of prior supervisory/managerial experience in the financial reporting/general accounting and finance areas. Experience working in a Real Estate firm is an advantage.
Must be proficient in computer manipulation especially on Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Experience with automated accounting system is a plus.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
