Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Liaises between two organizations to communicate and coordinate their activities by serving as an official go-between for the management of both organization.
- Performs administrative and office support activities for the company and client
- Prepare, draft and file documentary requirements in relation to AEP, 9G working visa, SWP, Visa Extension, and other visa related process for clients.
- Follow-up and secure process of working permit AEP and other documents of clients with DOLE.
- Pick-up, deliver passport and visa related documents.
- Responsible for issuing, receiving, transmittal copy to clients and management.
- Monitor, make report and update immediate Supervisor in the status of the transactions/ operations of clients in relation to assigned task.
- Shall act under the authority of the Management.
- Expect to act in a professional and ethical manner in the interest of the Management.
- Not authorized to make any kind of commitment for collaboration unless directed by the Management.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the Manager and/or OCIC Management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree.
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be good at both verbal and written communication skills.
- Has the ability to negotiate favorable outcomes in conflict situation.
- Must be analytical and solution driven individual.
- Can work with less suprvision but result-oriented and has a good time management ability.
