Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff in all areas and aspects
- Agreeing and Managing Budgets
- Ensuring safety procedures and compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with the management to closely meet and update the objectives targeted.
- Strategize effective actions to boost sales and continuously on trend
- Ensure a safe and friendly working space and conditions
- Strictly abide on the company’s rules and regulations more importantly on handling the properties such as the products, equipment and cash.
- Regularly check the level of the availability of products, as well as the products needed to replenish.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in restaurant industry is a plus
- Able to work on flexible hours, including the weekends/holidays
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Consistent on every action made and trustworthy
- Excellent presentation, analytical and managerial skills
- Good in problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in spoken language (English and Mandarin).
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Presentation and etc.
- Willing to work in Aseana Avenue, corner Macapagal Avenue, Paranaque City
