Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide update on the different types of business registrations, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Draft affidavits, contracts, board resolution, secretary’s certificate, general information sheets, and other legal documents pertaining business registration.
- Structure and draft legal documents and check legal forms and documents for accuracy.
- Responsible for the organizing, safekeeping, updating and maintaining all physical file including secretary's certificates, contracts, resolutions, and all Legal-Compliance documents
- Maintains an efficient monitoring system and prepares a monthly report
- Handle negotiation with government agencies on behalf of the company.
- Research on legal matters related to DOLE,SEC, DOLE and others.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably major in Legal Management, A.B. Political Science or related course
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years relevant work experience on Corporate Law and Business Registration
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize
- Highly organized, analytical and must be keen to details
- Must have a positive attitude to yield good results for the company
