Sales and Marketing Manager  

• Meet sales financial targets.
• Develop and implement;
  • sales and marketing plans and strategies;
  • sales promotion programs;
  • sales and marketing policies and procedures;
• Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Monitor competitors products and sales and marketing activities.
• Meets with key clients and assist sales personnel or agents in maintaining relationships and in negotiating and closing deals.
• Controls expenditures of Sales and Marketing department.
• Effectively coordinate with Credit and Underwriting and Finance Departments to ensure efficient processing of loan applications.
• Manage and train sales personnel, sales agents and agencies.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
• Candidate must have extensive experience in personal clean loan as a Sales & Marketing Manager.
• At least 5-years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail, General, or equivalent.
