Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the CEO’s calendar
- Manage the travel itineraries and bookings of the CEO and other company executives
- Arrange meetings and events with the CEO’s colleagues and company employees
- Directly coordinate with the company heads and managers regarding business related matters as delegated by the CEO such as, but not limited to the following:
- Monitor and follow up committed deliverables
- Preparation and dissemination of minutes of the meetings
- Securing pertinent documents related to properties and other business related matters
- Manage administrative requirements for purchasing and facilities management
- Create and maintain an effective filing management system for all documents, records and reports of the CEO
- Handle projects that may be assigned from time to time
- Handle personal requirements of the CEO
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With pleasing personality
- Strong in communication skills (English)
- Confident and articulate
- Strong organizational skills
- Resourceful
- Results oriented
- Age is 30 up to 40
