Operations Support Officer  

The Operations Support Officer is responsible for providing end to end back-office support to ensure that both client service levels and contact center expectations are met and/or exceeded. The task includes managing the day-to-day Operations emails to and from the different stakeholders among others, case managers, debtors, clients, and third parties to effect recovery of accounts; ensuring correspondence by email, SMS and post in support of company’s operations are issued in a timely manner; loading of accounts and report generation.

This position is expected to provide NVG with a number of important deliverables and success will be dedicated by the achievement of specific Key Performance Indicators.

This position is for a day-shift (Australian account).

• Minimum one (1) year experience in collection and/or customer service handling Email | Chat support.
• Ability to communicate in writing in a clear, polite, and courteous manner.
• Proficient in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Considerable ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Considerable ability to concurrently undertake a multitude of tasks and to meet multiple deadlines.
• Advanced computer and keyboard skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Considerable ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Willing to travel and work in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.
