Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Obtain and maintain a meticulous understanding of the financial reporting.
- Leads in the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers,
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Manage tax payments and other government requirements.
- Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues; forecasting activities.
- Make regular reports on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets.
- Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
- Design and implements effective and efficient finance and accounting system, policies and procedures and reporting practices.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial performance of the company, including profit growth and expense and cost control.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must posses at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Preferably CPA
- Proven experience in finance and accounting of at least 5 years
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent quality of work and commitment to high standards
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
