E-Commerce Specialist  

Nutrition Depot Philippines is looking for an E-commerce Specialist who will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces of the Company.

*Decides on and handles matters related to the website and online marketplaces and determines the appropriate formats and online features to ensure clarity and ease of navigation for customers

*Analyzes and processes all related transactions, inquiries, requests, concerns, and complaints, and provides recommendations and the most appropriate and most convenient solutions, as needed

*Oversees and manages the levels of inventory of the e-commerce platforms and online stores/marketplaces by implementing effective and appropriate inventory tracking systems and timely coordination with Warehouse Operations and Logistics

*Manages the operations and oversees the team handling the e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces

*Liaises with the President, the Digital Marketing Manager, and other colleagues in the Marketing Division to develop and improve the website and e-commerce platforms, as needed

*Conducts research and development activities for new online marketing strategies, skill levels and competencies, technological upgrades and trends, and best practices and updates in the industry

• College graduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related course
• Has at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Highly skilled in Wordpress and WooCommerce
• Knowledgeable in handling online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheet office programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
• Proficient in project and time management skills
• Results-oriented

• A team player and able to work well with operations teams
