Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations etc.
- Monitors monthly accounts payable.
- Updates journal entry.
- Record all company expenses and payables.
- Process liquidation of cash advance.
- Maintains files and documents.
- To perform other tasks asssigned by the management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Required Skills: MS Office
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Keen to details, analytical and can work with less supervision
- Committed, dependable and dedicated to providing a high-quality output on a timely manner
- Must be a team player and with good customer service orientation.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
