Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Accounting Tasks
- Perform review of various accounting entries.
- Conduct periodic reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers vs. general ledger (GL).
- Check, investigate and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations.
- Track aging of open items and do necessary escalation for resolution.
- Generate and reviews various MIS reports of control accounts.
- Perform detailed review expenses liquidations/ reimbursements.
- Perform analysis of various GL accounts.
- Handle the monitoring, MIS and review of various key balance sheet accounts (cash in Bank, Receivables, Advance/ Prepayments, CAPEX/ Depreciation, Payables, Accruals, Intercompany transaction).
- Perform periodic bank reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Ensure compliance to taxes: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual.
- Collect tax-related information.
- Prepare government mandated documents.
- Perform other related tasks that may be deemed necessary.
- Directly report to the Chief Accountant.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- Over a year or less than three (3) years of related experience.
- Experienced in handling accounts receivables and tax related work.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Good monitoring skills.
- Highly analytical.
- Willing to work in Quezon City.
