Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify development potential in accounts by:
- Studying current business.
- Interviewing key customer and company personnel who have worked with customer.
- Identifying and evaluating additional need.
- Analyzing opportunities.
- Initiate sales process by:
- Building relationship.
- Qualifying potential.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Schedule meetings with prospective and lead customers to any trade show or exhibit events.
- Develop sales by:
- Making initial presentation.
- Explaining product and service enhancements and additions.
- Introducing new products and services.
- Develop new applications by:
- Preparing specification.
- Conferring with Business Unit Managers, Sales Managers, and Principals.
- Close sales by overcoming objections and preparing contracts.
- Contribute information to sales strategies by:
- Evaluating current product results.
- Identifying needs to be filled.
- Monitoring competitive products.
- Analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
- Update job knowledge by:
- Participating in seminars and other educational opportunities.
- Reading professional publication.
- Maintaining personal networks.
- Participating in professional organizations.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by:
- Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request.
- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related Business Course
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales/Account Management.
- Sales experience in Construction, Advertising, Distribution, Engineering, Fabrication, etc.
- Exposure in the printing industry is highly preferred.
- Proven substantiated sales track record.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong prospecting account management and closing skills
- Customer-service oriented and willing to work extended hours
- Aggressive in introducing selling the product to clients
