- Maintain configuration workbooks.
- Translate business requirements into system configuration objects.
- Create solution design for Success Factors Recruitment Management / Employee Central / Performance and Goals Management in compliance with the best practices.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Prior experience of at least 2 full implementations.
- SuccessFactors Certification
- Sound industry experience of at least 4 years.
- Has understanding of and experience designing SAP-Success Factors Recruiting, Modelling, and extraction.
- Work Schedule: Rotational
- Work Location: Mckinley, Taguig
- Salary: Open
Note: If has no SuccessFactors Certification,you may still apply so long you have strong implementation of end to end of any successfactors module and at least 7 solid experience.
