As Ninjavan expands its geographical coverage across the Philippines, we are looking for a Business Expansion Manager to take on the role of launching Ninja Van's satellite hubs and stations in key areas of the country.
What you’ll do:
- Acquire a broad-based understanding of e-commerce logistics
- Plan strategic areas to launch Ninja Van's satellite hubs and stations and execute necessary steps to operate in these areas.
- Hire, manage, and groom a team from scratch and be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all stations and hubs
- Communicate clearly and work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes
- Constantl align with the Sales and Business Development team to ensure that stations satisfy clients' needs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- People management - Can inspire and motivate individuals in various parts of the Philippines to meet their respective stations' KPIs.
- Solid negotiation capacity and interpersonal skills - Can deal with diverse decision makers such as high level corporate executives and small enterprise owners
- Excellent communication skills; Fluent in both English and Tagalog
- Problem solver, in addition to being street smart
- Business savvy; Has an understanding of the dynamics of business development, sales, daily operations management, finance, etc
- Extremely self-motivated, organized and responsible
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt, prioritize and thrive in a fast moving environment
- Prior experience with a start-up will be a huge plus
