We are looking for outstanding individuals to join our young and stellar team as an Operations Specialist. Operations Specialist enter our Management track and deserving candidates will be groomed to take on Operational Management roles in the future. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring operational excellence. This requires a unique set of problem-solving skills, persistence, and grit to ensure things get done correctly and efficiently.
What you’ll do:
- Acquire a broad-based understanding of e-commerce logistics, before eventually specializing in a specific operational department.
- Take ownership of a team and be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, and doing all that is necessary to drive change within your department and the Company.
- Manage a team of Operational Supervisors and Assistants in achieving both personal and team-level KPI's.
- Communicate clearly and work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A good degree in any field of study, in addition to street smarts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Extremely self-motivated, organized and responsible.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt, prioritize and thrive in a fast moving environment.
- A problem solver with high-level of computer proficiency.
- Prior experience with a start-up will be a huge plus.
