Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Accounts Payable Accountant will perform accounting operation tasks related to the efficient and secure monitoring and processing of incoming payments from various vendors.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- The Accountant shall support the Accounts Payable Supervisor in all Accounts Payable transactions and processes of the company.
- Calculate and verify the accuracy of invoice details.
- Create and send check vouchers ensuring that it follows the supplier's bills and agreed on payment terms.
- Coordinate with Ninja Van's suppliers to complete disbursement.
- Reviews supplier's and company's agreed payment terms, payment history, and reconciles discrepancies.
- Post payment transactions.
- Provide accurate Accounts Payable-related reports required in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Respond to any Accounts Payable-related queries.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1 year of experience with the related field, specifically with Accounts Payable, financial statements, and bank reconciliations
- Highly knowledgeable of Accounting and Finance principles and protocols
- Above-average mastery with the Microsoft Office Suite specifically with Microsoft Excel and other similar apps
- Tech-savvy; Able to quickly adapt to technology and online apps
