Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist Station Heads in applying for business permits for the facility
- Conducts inspection of the assets in the facility.
- Provide assessment to the assigned facility aligned with the company policies.
- Sourcing, Development, management of vendor contracts and strengthening vendor relations.
- Administer local vendor selection process with the approval of Purchasing Officer and RSMs.
- Provide clear and up to date communications to vendors and purchasing officer in relation to requesting the supply needs for the hub.
- Coordination with Admin and Purchasing in terms of procurement and asset management.
- Spearhead improvement on Vendor Relations processes.
- Prepare monthly forecast of consumables, assets, and other admin related facility.
- Supports the Admin Officer and the Purchasing Officer by auditing both internal and external property.
- Collection of lease payment and monitoring of leasing contracts.
- Releasing of items assigned to the warehouse
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 – 3 years of working experience in Admin and Procurement
- A well-organized individual who is a team player and can relate to people to all levels of an organization, possesses good negotiating skills and flexibility.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mindanao.
- Willing to travel from one hub to another.
