Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check and monitor timekeeping and payroll of Ninja Van employees.
- Input payroll entries.
- Process of payroll for 4,000 employees of Ninja Van.
- Reconcile and maintain payroll records.
- Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of payroll.
- Answer all concerns of employees regarding payroll.
- Improve payroll process.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years of HR experience in various compensation and benefits.
- Experienced in processing payroll of minimum 500 employees.
- Experienced in handling timekeeping and payroll.
- Must be knowledgeable in end to end process of payroll.
- Experienced in handling SSS, Philhealth, HDMF transactions.
- Must be knowledge of labor code and TRAIN law for employee compensation.
- Experienced in drafting Compliance and Compensation and Benefits policies.
- Must be knowledgeable in excel formulas.
- Must be proficient in using MS Excel, PPT or equivalent google programs (GSlides, GSheets).
- Tech savvy; Experience in using online project management applications preferred.
