Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The objective is to maintain a positive relationship with Ninja Van's biggest clients and cater not only to their day-to-day operational needs but as well as to be a quick-response team that handles situations and escalations as they pop-up. Consider this role as both a vanguard and a firefighter - we are the first people that our clients reach out to, and are in the best position to assist them.

Main Duties

  • Relationship-building
    • Has overall responsibility for account and client relationship, and performance of assigned accounts and clients
    • Manages, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Stakeholder Management/Client Coordination
    • Maintains contact with all accounts/clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
    • Issue Resolution
      • Acts as firefighters, first on the scene and quick to respond to any possible issue
      • Constantly be able to give resolutions to raised issues or complaints effectively and efficiently
    • Needs/Requirements Identification
      • Establishes good business relations with clients by identifying their needs and requirements
  • Trend Research
    • Communicates significant trends and patterns, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts
    • Competitive and industrial trends
      • Builds a good understanding of target customers and assigned account base
  • Ensures that all discussions i.e. agreements and complaints made between clients and company are properly documented and cascaded to concerned teams
  • Ensures customer relationship management tools and other business tools are updated on time
  • Others
    • Monitor and ensure that Ninja Van achieve efficiency
    • Craft and refine processes as needed in order to achieve specific goals
    • Be responsible for ad-hoc projects both internal as well as those undertaken together with general accounts and clients

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field;
  • Analytical skills, marketing skills, excellent interpersonal skills;
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field specifically in Account Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Coordination;
  • Must be able to present information to clients and address business concern of the said client;
  • Proficient in Word, spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), and presentation tools;
  • Proficient in database management utilizing SQL;
  • Proficient in written and oral English and Tagalog;
  • Ability to work across functions and in a matrix organization;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills; and
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
