Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Inbound Tier 2 CSR is responsible for answering queries from Inbound Tier 1 Customer Service Agents which may cover the following:
- Coordinating with other departments for status updates and resolution
- Providing resolution for internally limited tools
- General questions about operating procedures
- The Inbound Tier 2 CSR will also be expected to fulfill the following accountabilities:
Meet quality and productivity expectations and provide timely feedback to Inbound Tier 1 Customer Service Agents.
- Handle escalations that have pending resolution from other departments
- Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other departments
- Educate Inbound Tier 1 Customer Service Agents when necessary
- Document and track productivity
- Other adhoc tasks determined by management
- Willing to work in a 6 day working schedule
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must have completed at least 2 years in college
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Basic computer and internet navigation
- Typing speed average of 35 WPM
- Must have good communication skills (conversational, assertive, and empathetic)
- Relevant experience in handling Customer Service accounts is a plus
