Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Senior Management in preparing, booking, and setting their meetings.
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Accurately record minutes from meetings.
- Read and analyze incoming memorandum, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Review of contracts with suppliers and clients.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years of experience as Executive Assistant reporting directly to Senior Management or other relevant administrative support experience
- Above-average communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
