Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The opportunity is to join the Operations Excellence (OpEx) team, a small high-level unit lead by the Head of Opex and directed by the COO, tasked with driving meaningful change across the business
- The team uses its multidisciplinary skill set focused on data analysis and operations research, a broad understanding of Ninja Van business operations, with a keen ability to learn new things, to plan and execute impactful projects
- The members also work closely with other associates of the company, from on-the-ground executors to high-level managers, to fully understand problems and come up with better ways of doing things that ultimately reflect in in company KPIs
- The members are high-ability, inquisitive individuals motivated to work with people in the organization, comfortable with on the ground hacks to cutting-edge solutions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate with a strong preference for quantitative courses relevant to the work (i.e., Management, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science)
- Experienced in quantitative analysis, project management, business improvement where strong analytical ability was showcased
- Effective communicator to a multitude of stakeholders
- Output-based work, amenable to work 6 days /week
