Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Shipper Dashboard Monitoring
- Controlling and managing SLA of shipment Provide SLA Performance Report
- Manage daily parcel monitoring by checking shipper dashboard
- Ensure all parcels to be delivered within SLA by pushing all respective hubs via Slack
- Do address re-verification for any wrong latlong
- Provide assistance if shipper encounters problem to upload orders
- Follow up with fleet in cases of receiving pickup related complaints from shippers
- Creating pet tickets if cases of suspected lost parcels
- Follow up with shipper in cases pertaining to lost/damaged parcels
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
- Experience with MS Dynamics or another CRM Software a plus.
- Able to handle ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL will be advantageous.
