Business Development Intern  

Job Overview

A Business Development Intern will be working closely with the Management Team in learning methods and gaining the knowledge required to run a company smoothly. He/She is expected to contribute their innovative ideas to further improve the company’s success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day to day operations
• Participating in any Marketing related efforts such as marketing strategies, campaign designs, execution and analytics
• Taking part in meetings and might be required to deliver presentations
• Providing support and suggestions for improvement
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members
• Taking detailed notes and coordinating with Managers regarding operation requirements
• Fulfilling requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the internship
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols and processes

• Knowledgeable about the business or industry; Preferably studying towards or completing a college degree in Hospitality, Management or similar
• A team player; Ready to jump in and help with projects in order to help meet the needs of the business
• Passionate and committed; striving in a fast paced environment
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems
• Great leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable working with technology
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent time management skills
