Niagaweb is a subsidiary of Niagahoster; a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. To provide an excellent website production, we are looking for a Website Sales Manager. S/he will be responsible for managing the business, leading the team, and collaborating with other teams. As a Website Sales Manager, s/he will also strategically foster customer engagement. This role requires strong leadership skills as well as expertise in the products area, mainly website. If you are the one we're looking for, join us now!
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Niagaweb Product Manager and leading both Niagaweb's production and sales stream;
- Achieving growth and hitting revenue targets by successfully aligning the sales and production team;
- Deploying various initiatives to drive sales growth and optimize the production process;
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence;
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses report to the management;
- Assessing and assigning project and its resource requirements;
- Organizing workflow to meet service standards and deadlines;
- Responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output; -
- Oversee whole operation pipelines and resolve issues in a swift manner.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Working experiences in leading sales or business development functions;
- Solid experience as a salesperson;
- Jack of all trade;
- a perfect mixture between sales-person and technical-person;
- Strong entrepreneur attitude;
- Deep understanding of website production process;
- Outstanding people skill (great communication and persuasion skill);
