Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receive sales order and rolling forecasts from either the Customer Service Officer (CSO) or Supply Chain Manager
- Translate all demand into a Materials Resource Plan (MRP)
- Analyse the MRP Report as the basis for ordering the required materials
- Go through a Purchase Requisition approval process for processing or planning of orders in the absence of a Customer’s P.O. (i.e., for new product launches, paid samples, etc.)
- Plan the Production Schedule in accordance with the Sales Order, availability of raw materials and other requirements
- Ensure that the Finished Good is available on the committed date provided to the CSO
- Manage the inventory of the Finished Goods by effective planning of production by satisfying the requirements of the customer, and at the same time, maintain the required DSI of the company
- Initiate, analyse (including cost benefit), recommend and implement projects and /or innovations for cost improvement of raw and packaging materials
- Make contingency plans in times of emergencies i.e. strike, calamities, systems breakdown, port congestion, etc. and consults superiors for major decisions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain or any related course
- With at least 3 years experience in Supply Chain (planning & procurement)
- Background in ERP system is an advantage but not required
- Has the ability to work independently and can react quickly to changing priorities
- With strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- With effective negotiation skills
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Computer Proficient (MS Applications)
