Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify the client's goals and project requirements
- Sketch preliminary design plans
- Specify materials and furnishings
- Prepare final plans, using computer applications such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design programs
- Prepare necessary design studies, schematics, presentations and documentations
- Initiate a timeline for the projects
- Identify project requirements
- Prepare plans using AutoCAD and other design programs
- Prepare detailed design of projects based on schematics and materials pre-selected
- Draft technical details and joineries
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a PRC Registered Master Plumber with valid PRC License
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience in the design and preparation of Plumbing Plans;
- Works with Engineers and Designers in accurately converting sketches, notes, schematic, and CAD drawings during design process.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Interprets and applies mechanical and structural blueprints to plan plumbing repairs and modifications.
