ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that Zelture’s network infrastructure is at good condition, secured, and is fully functional.
- Continuous implementation of new security measures in anticipation to new threats.
- Ensure that all storage servers has backup for at least every two weeks.
- Ensure that all employees are provided with appropriate IT equipment.
- Keeps proper inventory on all IT equipment, peripherals, and supplies owned by Zelture.
- Monitor and manage network and internet bandwidth within Zelture
- Ensure that the IT equipment installed within Zelture are properly maintained
- Provides the support needed by the employees in relation to IT.
- Ensure that IT issues are resolved quickly.
- May perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Degree related to Information Technology
- Has good communication, problem-solving skills
- Has at least 3 years of experience related to the field
- All the key competencies requirements stated above.
