Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receives instructions from Architects & Engineers and produces plans, drawings, technical details and/or guidelines of the product or structure to build by using CAD software and other computer programs.
- Uses specialized notations and symbols to convey instructions about materials, assembly procedures or tools. Capable to read catalogues and data sheets of products to reflect relevant information into technical drawings.
- Visits building sites to collect data and monitors compliance with design requirements. Coordinates with the site team for as-built information and with factory team for developing of joinery drawings.
- Prints drawings and coordinates blueprints whenever it is required for permit purposes.
- Tracks documents received and released from his/her division by managing the document list
- May perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Associate's Degree in Drafting or similar. Certified courses in CAD software is a plus.
- Practical experience with CAD software (minimum 7-10 years) preferably drafting architectural plans and joinery details.
- Basic knowledge of engineering, construction and joineries.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail. English is a must.
- Work ethic and ability to accept feedback.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Willingness to work at Makati
