Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify project requirements
- Prepare final plans using AutoCAD and other design programs
- Prepare detailed design of projects based on schematics and materials pre-selected
- Coordinate architectural design with engineering disciplines (MEPF)
- Draft technical details and joineries
- Coordinate with the site for addressing design issues
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture
- With at least 3-5 years relevant experience in Architecture and Interior Design
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
- Can do space plan and 3D modelling and rendering;
- Has knowledge in sketching up
- Knowledge in Revit and Photoshop is an advantage
- Strong attention to details and has a proactive work approach
- With background in office fit out.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
