Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify the client's goals and project requirements
- Sketch preliminary design plans
- Specify materials and furnishings
- Prepare final plans, using computer applications such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design programs
- Prepare necessary design studies, schematics, presentations and documentations
- Initiate timeline for the projects
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
- With at least 5 -8 years relevant experience in Intrerior Design
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD
- Has the abiliity to interpret drawings and schematics and produce presentation drawings
- Has skills in interior design, alterations, renovations and new layouts.
- Strong attention details and has proactive work approach
- With knowledge and background in Building Information and Modeling
- 3D Modeling Skills
