Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts inspection for preparation of SAR - Electronics works;
- Prepares electronics design for FDAS, CCTV, CAS of facilities of client companies;
- Prepares Bill of Materials for electronics installation;
- Attends kick-off meetings;
- Answers queries on electronics matters from PMs and AMs;
- Conducts site assessment for proposed NCI projects (for electronics aspect);
- Conducts regular site audits to compliance to approved construction drawings, acceptable work standards and site safety;
- Conducts site audit of completed projects prior to PEZA inspection for Occupancy Permit and Permit to Operate;
- Conducts site inspection for verification of sub-contractor's progress billing;
- Review costing of variation/change orders - electronics works;
- Evaluates sub-contractor's quotation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Atleast 2 years relevant experience in quantity surveying;
- Knowledgeable in building methods and materials, estimating building, material and labor costs;
- Have a good grasp of the Philippine legislations and how the builiding site operates, including safe work practices;
- Preferably with a project management experience but not required;
- Dynamic, motivated, result-oriented, creative thinker with a can-do attitude, flexible.
