Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 installation and maintenance
- Manage Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, RMS
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Server
- Manage VMWare vSphere host server and cluster
- Maintain and monitoring Virtual Machine and server backup with VEEAMbackup
- Monitoring status of EMC SAN and Synology NAS
- Manage DELL and IBM physical servers.
- Manage and maintain Symantec SEP Sever
- Manage PRTG monitoring system
- Manage RTX Server
- Daily Server status checking and upgrade
- Client and desktop system support
- Windows 7 / 10, Microsoft Office software and mail support.
- User account creation management and troubleshooting.
- Computer hardware, accessories, printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Client operating system installation and software test
- System security and anti-virus software maintenance
- IP phone configuration and install
- Writing / update standard operation procedure for daily works.
- FTP setup and VLAN configuration
- Ekran System and client daily check
- Door access system maintenance
- Office / Server Room and network device routine check
- Server device, temperature and humidity check
- UPS voltage and regular server room facility check
- Office LAN network maintenance and troubleshooting
- CCTV system and camera maintenance
- Contact with local supply vendor and follow up project or requirement progress.
- IT Asset information management.
- The other supervisor task assignment.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Linux platform / CentOS
- Familiar with Windows Servers and
- Knowledge of Network transmission in VLAN and routing
- Knowledge of SMTP / DHCP / DNS / FTP
- Knowledge of SQL Server
- Knowledge of VMware Vsphere (ESXi) 5.5 / 6.0 / 6.5 / 6.7 operation
- Experience with DELL or IBM Servers
