Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Define and drive the overall Business and Product strategy based on a holistic understanding of the Industry Landscape, Market Dynamics, and Competitive Environment.
- Create and execute the Product Roadmap, in close coordination with Management.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to define and execute the Marketing Strategy.
- Generate Sales through the management of existing accounts and the identification of new clients and business opportunities.
- Achieve Product Revenue Targets and ensure that results support the Company’s Overall strategy and goals.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3-5 Years solid Sales and Marketing Experience, preferably in the Solar Energy Industry.
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Possesses a wealth of knowledge in product positioning, brand equity, sales, advertising, and promotions.
- Innovative, honest, confident, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent negotiating and communication skills.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
