Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible in providing sales administrative support in processing product orders to meet delivery schedules and sales targets;
- Helps to ensure accurate and timely preparation & delivery of products in the store in good conditions;
- Provides assistance to retail area supervisor in attending store operational concerns.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any business related course;
- Related work experience in the same capacity in supporting the company’s Sales Team including generating reports related to sales, ordering, management of accounts, schedules and other activities, maintaining and keeping records and attending to sale’s team request and other queries;
- Has the ability to liaise and coordinate tasks to achieve performance objectives;
- Must be computer literate, skilled with word processing and spreadsheets programs and with excellent typing skills;
- Systematic, highly organized, analytical, detailed oriented, and dynamic;
- Good interpersonal skills and strong professional maturity, integrity, leadership ability and energy to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Willing to be assigned in Paranaque City
