- Maintain and record accounting transactions in the company’s book of accounts
- Process bank transactions and bills payments and other out of office errands
- Process month end sales vs deposit reconciliation
- Prepares BIR and other government reportorial requirements
- Prepares account reconciliation and month end adjustments
- Prepare disbursement vouchers
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Knowledge in bookkeeping and record keeping is required.
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using Quickbooks preferred but not required.
- Work experience is an advantage but not necessary
- Must be highly organized and has excellent analytical skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work in Salcedo Village, Makati City
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
