As an Account Executive, you are responsible for acquiring and maintaining customers for the business. The main purpose of your job is to sell and meet the needs of customers. Your work involves pursuing new clients, assisting in setting up meetings, trying to reach contract deals with them as the Account Manager travels frequently, visiting and meeting with current customers and prospective clients.
Acquisition of Customers
- Sources prospective clients like schools, corporate companies, institutional government offices, etc.
- Identifies and develops new business through networking and courtesy follow up.
- Inquires on customer/client's need and find a way to serve it.
- Sets meeting to potential customers to introduce the product (e.g. books, supplies & equipments)
- Understands customer's diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to those needs.
- Prepares and delivers customer presentations and demonstration of the product articulately and confidently.
- Processes all the documents and delivery procedures of products to client.
Customer Service
- Provides support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.
- Maintains consistent excellent service to existing clients ensuring to be their first priority supplier for their needs and requirements.
- Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
- Understands and supports sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With a degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
- With atleast 2 years work experience specializing in Corporate Sales and Marketing
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Computer Literate (MS Word/Excel)
