Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)
- Conducts the Compliance Testing which manages and pre-empts any formal audit finding both external and internal. This is critical to show BSP on drive for improvement
Displays (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed)
- Thorough knowledge on essential BSP regulations and possible BSP findings
- Meticulous scrutiny on processes, products and services prone to findings
Delivers (Specific outputs / tangible results produced by the role; resources responsible for)
- Conduct of compliance testing on the different teams
- Submission of compliance testing reports
- Provides advice to remediate past and present observations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Comprehensive knowledge of issuances of BSP and other regulators
- Experience in managing regulators and management / other officers
- Know how on how to conduct compliance testing for specific teams based on their function
- Professional organization and presentation and speaking skills
- Effective written and verbal skill set
