      1. Collaborate with VP for Financial Institutions and Bank Partnerships head on defining the growth plan and strategy of assigned partner accounts
      2. Ownership of growth strategy, customer engagement, acquisition, and retention for assigned bank partnerships
      3. Goal is to grow usage of GCash among the banked population in the Philippines
   2. Displays
      1. Strong research and analytical skills and the instincts to drive towards business results
      2. Stakeholder management willing to work and lead both internal and external partners towards our larger goal
      3. Project management skills
   3. Delivers
      1. MAU and MPAC growth for the bank vertical
      2. Summaries and reports on vertical performance and initiatives
2. KPIs
   1. Banking MAU + Success rate of assigned accounts + Banking MPAC
   2. Stakeholder management measured by feedback from the manager and other key stakeholders including remittance partners
   3. Measured by feedback from manager and other consumers of output

• A good honors Degree from a local university
• 2 to 3 years of experience either working in or for a bank
• Familiarity with the transaction and consumer banking
• Should have managed or lead independently on projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to create client-ready presentations and drive related structuring and research independently can take lead in structuring analysis with some guidance
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English is essential, Mandarin added advantage
