Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage projects on refurbishments, renovations and office moves to make sure they all run smoothly and according to plan.
- General maintenance of office to ensure that company is strictly compliant with health and safety standards and its legal requirements
- Manage the cleaning, waste disposal, catering, security each site, while managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments.
- Manage the office systems and equipments which can often include coordination with IT.
- Work with contracted services as necessary for any electrical, mechanical and building improvements and maintenance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 5 years of work experience focusing on building facilities management
- Preferably graduate of Engineering course and passed licensure examination
- Certified Basic Occupational Safety and Health practitioner
- Must have the ability to manage a varied and complex workload and have the technical knowledge of building services.
