Does
- Strategic support with ad-hoc presentations required by CEO
- Tracking and driving key projects highlighted by CEO and investors
- Shadows Mynt CEO and other key mancom members – attends most general meetings and cascades to other members of Mancom
Displays
- Ability to have an overall view of the Mynt business and strategy and articulate this to stakeholders and influence them
- Project management and driving of projects
- Ability to understand and communicate industry trends and company results in a compelling way on behalf of the compan
- Strong research and analytical skills able to structure and work in a hypothesis driven way
Delivers
- Presentations to partners and supporting analyses
- Documents showing progress of key projects
- Timely and “client ready” documents and presentations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Project Management experience (PMO)
- Data analytics and experience with SQL would be a plus
- Good command of English is essential, Mandarin a plus
- Experience in the Philippines and interacting with Filipinos would be an advantage, experience working in a Chinese context also appreciated
- Strong interest in Fintech and its ability to empower the unbanked
