Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design standards, processes, SLAs, SOPs and service warranties to deal with cases that happen frequently in our operations
- Monitor and improve daily functions in our operations
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
- Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5+ years of relevant experience in managing business operations and people management
- Working experience in rapidly-growing organizations, technology companies or start-ups is a plus
- Strong people management skills and experience leading large teams. You can set the tone for your team and drive towards results, while being empathetic to your teams’ challenges. EQ is a must.
- Analytical Thinking. Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment. Able to roll up your sleeves and analyze the data and pull key insights for your team.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal and presentation skills.
- A creative, solutions-focused approach, with a focus on achieving results.
