Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Help develop and implement the Brand and Marketing strategy in conjunction with the team.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director, and the rest of the team, to execute the marketing vision.
- Have a keen understanding of data analysis and its use in marketing campaigns.
- Oversee and create marketing materials, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Work closely with the company’s core team through marketing and brand strategy guidance.
- Ensure that the marketing objectives are met.
- Work closely with the social media specialist to create cohesive branding.
- Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
- Most importantly, be willing to collaborate and create great content with a team of like-minded and passionate individuals to make a difference in the company, the Philippines and the world as a whole.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any Marketing related field/course.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in any Marketing field (however, passion, creativity, and work ethic trump experience).
- Confident, smart, driven, and collaborative.
- Open-mindedness with regards to marketing.
- Has a good eye.
- Has good taste with regard to design and a high standard for all aspects of the production of the marketing materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with a team of passionate and hardworking people.
- Willing to work in BGC or Makati.
