Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Understands the metrics and drivers of commercial architecture – has done 3 to 4 projects beginning to end that has been successful in the marketplace (high quality/high return) – knows zoning, codes, dimensions, functional and market trends, etc.
- Knows how to lead the client – gain their confidence
- Understands core and shell feasibility studies (curtain walls, core layouts, code requirements)
- Lead user group meetings, contract negotiation, and facilitate the design process from programming and planning through CA
- Work with the project designer to satisfy client’s requirements and goals
- Manage design teams on a project – plan, organize and supervise the work of a design staff of approximately 5 to 10+ individuals
- Work with Project Architect to ensure accuracy and applicability of documents for entire project(s)
- Build and maintain day-to-day working relationships with clients and consultants
- Lead decision-making process with fiscal accountability and responsibility
- Assist with proposal preparation and participate in client presentations/interviews
- Correspondence, reports, documentation, and general administration for the overall projects
- Responsible for execution of project within the boundaries of the design intent
- Apply sound and diversified knowledge of architectural principals for all aspects of the projects
- Negotiate and draft/write contracts
- Assist with business development and collaborate with other studios, as needed
- Solve problems creatively with consultants
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 10 years working in the Curtain wall and Aluminum Facade construction industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can handle stressful environments
- Can motivate workforce
- Can deliver and follow deadlines
- Very Strong leadership skills
- Deep Understanding of building facade construction
