Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develops direction for the assigned accounts in collaboration with higher management.
- Develop strategies consistent with marketing plans, resulting in the achievement of sales, distribution, merchandising, and promotions objectives for the company.
- Ensures that appropriate resources are allocated, and spending are within budget to accomplish objectives.
- Segments the account/ customer base.
- If needed, coordinates with marketing the set-up of customer research study that will deepen and extend understanding of the market.
- Develops business plans for the assigned accounts/ customers.
- Determines current and potential business per account for proper resource deployment.
- Identifies opportunities and appropriate action plans.
- Deploys, measures, and controls assigned funds (if any).
- Controls and releases of assigned funds.
- Designs, delivers, and manages the most appropriate route plan that will optimize results.
- Trains and develops assigned personnel.
- Analyzes training needs.
- Schedules skills development/ training for sales personnel.
- Responsible for the VDMP (Volume, Distribution, Merchandising, Promotions).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year college course
- 2 year experience for fast-moving consumer goods, retail, or related businesses.
- Passionate and enthusiastic to pursue a career in sales.
- Good entrepreneurship skills.
- Must have the following traits:
