Concession Officer  

In charge of overseeing the operation and sales management of the retail concession.

• Able to conceptualize and implement attainable sales projections

• Exquisite work values and of good moral character

• Estimate consumer demands and determine the types and amount of goods to be sold

• Plans and coordinates advertising campaigns and sales promotions and prepares merchandise displays.

• To live and breathe the company core Values inspiring the team to be true ambassadors of brand/product and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

• Building excellent relationships and work closely with the host store manager to ensure that all opportunities for assigned brand are maximized in line with host store policies.

• To manage, train and develop the team in an efficient manner.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree holder of any Business course

• Within at least 2-5 years’ experience in consignment operation from retailing company

• Good analytical skills

• Customer focused

• Sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence

• Positive character with a “ can do” attitude

• Passionate about the brand and product

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must have extensive knowledge in merchandising trends and new product lines in the market
