Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Takes responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant;
- Supervises and coordinates activities to the staff;
- Critically addresses solutions to deviations or challenges;
- Maintains required records including food production, inventory, income/expense, menu and personnel records;
- Responds to customer complaints and needs;
- Ensures safety and standards at all times;
- Supervises day to day shift operations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Business Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or other related courses;
- With experience in supervisory or managerial position in a restaurant or customer-service industry;
- Fluent in English and Filipino;
- Proficient in dealing with guests;
- Has good leadership qualities;
- Good people relations skills;
- Has strong situational decision skills.
